Sock calculator

Below is a calculator designed to be used with my Super Simple Socks pattern.

It's designed with the average in mind. Results may vary and it's doing some rather oddball maths to come up with the exact numbers, including estimating the row height based on how I knit. It's still being tested, but I hope you find it useful!

The heel circumference is the length around the widest point of the heel, while the foot is pointed.

The foot length is the point from where the heel circumference is measured, to the top of the toes.

The starting number of stitches is the number of stitches in a crochet chain, that, when stretched, equals the heel circumference. The crochet chain must be worked with a hook that is the same size as the needles that will be used.
